- Tax Notice
All orders being delivered via common carrier (e.g. USPS, FedEx, or UPS) or delivered by a Redon
Group LLC employee or representative will be taxed on the cost of goods and the delivery charge, in
accordance with New Mexico tax requirements. Deliveries made out of state (outside New Mexico) will
not be charged tax, in accordance with New Mexico Tax laws.
Purchasing from our online store, does not mean that your purchase is exempt from use tax. In
fact, your purchase could be subject to use tax. Your state may require you to report your online
purchases that were not taxed and to pay a use tax on those purchases. Visit your states Department of
Revenue or Tax Board to determine if you must pay a use tax.
- Shipping Delivery and Liability
All orders are shipped promptly within 3 - 10 business days, after being processed, using UPS,
FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for all shipments and will be sent via email, to
the email address that the placed the order when shipped.
We cannot guarantee that the shipping carrier (e.g. USPS, UPS or FedEx) will not damage or lose
your product, or that once delivered, your product will not be stolen or damaged. Once your
product is delivered to the address you have provided in your order, you assume
all responsibility for its safety and hereby explicitly release Redon Group LLC (redongroup.com)
from all liability and responsibility thereafter.
If you (the customer) refuse to accept delivery of an order that you placed, then a refund will
issued if the product returns to us in condition it was shipped and in sellable condition; however,
any such refund will be MINUS the cost of shipping both ways AND a restocking fee equal to $30 or
15% of the value of your order, whichever is greater.
- Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.
Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout
process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product(s) to you. We store some
information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown, or sold, to third parties not
involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout
process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.
Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your
credit card transaction. Your credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it
can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each credit card transaction is done at a very high
level of security and sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted
connection. Credit card information is not processed or stored on our servers at any stage of the
- Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com for a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product.
If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit,
or offer you a refund MINUS a restocking fee of $30 or 15% of the purchase price, whichever is
greater of the value
of your order. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA or
the RMA will expire and a return will not be processed. All products must be packed in the original
packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the
If a sealed box has been opened, a 10% open-box fee will be applied in addition to the 15% restocking fee. A
25% fee or $30, whichever is greater, of the value of the product(s) will be deducted from the
original price. Some exclusions apply.
Fees may not apply when honoring a manufacturer's warranty policy. Warranty returns will only be processed
for customers that have purchased the product from the Redon Group LLC or redongroup.com. Some exclusions
Returns will not accepted on any of the following products (Some exclusions may apply):
- Special orders, custom manufactured or custom configured components.
- Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
- Firearms, once transferred to the buyer.
- Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.
We strongly recommend that you use a carrier that offers tracking for all
returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so
that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a
carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be
responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and there is a
30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for
shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
- Ordering Policy
By purchasing any product form Redon Group LLC or redongroup.com, you are stating that you are of
lawful age to purchase the product. You are allowed to own the product that you are purchasing and
the information provided on the order is your and is complete and correct. Some purchases may require
a copy of a drivers license or another form of legal identification, which you may be asked to provide.
We (Redon Group LLC) reserve the right to cancel any orders where the purchaser has failed to abid
by the Terms and Conditions for redongroup.com. In the event that Redon Group cancels
your order, you will receive a refund of the full amount of the purchase less a $30 cancellation
fee or 10% of the total purchase amount, whichever is greater. It is your (the customer)
responsibility to make sure that you (the customer) fully understand and comply with these Terms
and Conditions. If you have questions about this or any of our policies, feel free to contact. We are
more than willing to help in any way we can.
- Payment, Pricing and Promotions
Payment on redongroup.com is expected at the time of checkout. Payment on purchase orders is expected
within 5 business days. Payments for purchases that are not received will be cancelled, and fees may
be applied as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
All items on this website are subject to change without notice. This includes item availability,
sale items, clearance items and pricing.
Promotions are subject to availability, changes, or termination without notice.
- Viewing Orders
Orders can be viewed by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Orders" on the left hand menu.
- Updating Account Information
Account information, shipping and billing, must be kept up to date.
Customers must maintain up to date information to ensure proper billing and shipping and avoid any
related issues. Up to date information will allow us to contact you (the customer), on the off chance
an issue arises with your order.
- FFL Policy and Transfers
All firearm will be shipped and delivered to an authorized dealer for presentation of the
buyer's FFL license, for authorized transfer of the firearm (U.S. Gun Control Act of 1968).
If a customer agrees to make Redon Group LLC the recipient of FFL transfer, from another FFL, a $20
transfer fee will be charged to the customer, unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
Customers that fail an NICS check, will charged a $25 NICS processing fee. Customers that sucessfully
pass a NICS check, will not be charged this fee. Some exclusions may apply.
If a customer agrees to make Redon Group LLC the recipient of FFL transfer, from another FFL, and
fails a NICS background check, the customer will be charged a $25 NICS processing fee and a 15% restocking
fee. This does not include the cost of shipping the firearm back to the originating FFL, which will
be charged to the customer.
